Connecticut-based trio Phatt James, who blends the sounds of alternative rock and pop music for fans of artists like The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Incubus, is closing out the season of love on a high note with a new music video for their song “Seven Days.”
The video, filmed in the historic Black Rock neighborhood of Bridgeport, Connecticut, depicts the story of a modern-day Cupid who has lost his passion in creating love for others as he longs for true love of his own. “‘Seven Days’ is the story of being so sure of the mistake you’ve made by letting someone go and realizing [it] pretty quickly afterwards,” shares Matt James, the band’s frontman.
This is the third single off Phatt James’ debut album Just Begun, released in 2023. The ten track album depicts the broad spectrum of emotions that come with some of life’s greatest and toughest experiences, like love and heartbreak.
